Designed to spark the imagination of adults and children alike, explore our sensory play areas, climbing features, interactive challenges and see some of our beloved features shine. Don't forget to capture the magic under our Star Tunnel, snap a photo or two with our Giant Wreath Rainbow or Festive Giants Chair, and, of course, hop aboard Father Christmas’ Sleigh!

Discovery Land is an outdoor family nature trail, taking you through ancient woodland, green pastures, meadows and around our lakes. Throughout the walk, you’ll find plenty to entertain your young ones, from adventure play, treehouses, balance beams and climbing frames, to educational prompts and seasonal displays. 

Throughout the year, we run a variety of different trails with themes in tune with the changing seasons. Our seasonal trails offer new experiences for our loyal visitors with new features to explore, promising ever-changing adventures in the great outdoors.

Ticket Transfers / Cancellations

• Discovery Land tickets are strictly non-refundable.
• Tickets are transferable for all ticket purchasers who have created an Account when you book your tickets.
• This allows you to manage your booking and change the date and time of your visit, should you need to, up to 12 hours prior to your booked date.
• Making any changes to your booking will incur a small administration fee of £0.50 per person.
• Tickets will not be transferable for ticket purchases who do not create an Account upon booking.

Admission Terms

• Entry is only permissible when your Discovery Land Ticket is either printed or the Booking Reference Number or QR code is shown upon entry.
• Your ticket states your arrival time slot, you can arrive at Discovery land anytime within this allocated period. Missed time slots may be refused entry.
• Once you have checked in, you can have as much time at Discovery Land as you like within our opening hours (we close at 5:30pm Monday - Saturday, 4:30pm Sundays and Bank Holidays).
• Children under the age of 16 years old are not permitted entry into Discovery Land without an adult. They must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Children under 2 years of age are free of charge but still need to be added when purchasing tickets.
• No dogs or pets are permitted at Discovery Land.
• All persons covered by the Discovery Land Ticket must enter the attraction at the same time or have a copy of the online ticket when entering Discovery Land.
• Priory Farm Estate Limited Management reserves the right to refuse admission for any reason.
• Discovery Land tickets may not be resold.
• If the Discovery Land Ticket/Booking Code is scanned and shows that it has already been redeemed then entry will be refused.
• Guests are reminded that for technical, operational, weather or other reasons, any attraction may be altered, changed, closed, removed or otherwise unavailable without prior notice. Priory Farm Estate Limited reserves the rights to change programmes of attractions and facilities as necessary.
