Discovery Land Terms and Conditions
Your Commitment To Us
When you purchase tickets to Discovery Land (includes Tractor & Trailer Adventures), you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Priory Farm Estate Ltd and yourself. No contract exists between you and Priory Farm Estate Ltd for the sale of any tickets until we have received and accepted your order and received payment in full. Once cleared funds are received there is a binding contract between us.
Prices
The description and price of tickets you order will be shown on the Discovery Land website at the time you place your order. Prices are in UK Sterling and inclusive of any applicabletaxes. There is a ticket booking fee of £0.50 per ticket booking. There are no surcharges and once you have paid we will not increase the price of your tickets. Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice. We accept most major credit and debit cards in partnership with our payment gateway provider.
Admission - Discovery Land
- Entry is only permissible when your Discovery Land Ticket is either printed or the Booking Reference Number or QR code is shown upon entry.
- Your ticket states your arrival time slot, you can arrive at Discovery land anytime within this allocated period. Missed time slots may be refused entry.
- Once you have checked in, you can have as much time at Discovery Land as you like within our opening hours (we close at 5:30pm Monday - Saturday, 4:30pm Sundays and Bank Holidays).
- Children under the age of 16 years old are not permitted entry into Discovery Land without an adult. They must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Children under 2 years of age are free of charge but still need to be added when purchasing tickets.
- No dogs or pets are permitted at Discovery Land.
- All persons covered by the Discovery Land Ticket must enter the attraction at the same time or have a copy of the online ticket when entering Discovery Land.
- Priory Farm Estate Limited Management reserves the right to refuse admission for any reason.
- Discovery Land tickets may not be resold.
- If the Discovery Land Ticket/Booking Code is scanned and shows that it has already been redeemed then entry will be refused.
- Guests are reminded that for technical, operational, weather or other reasons, any attraction may be altered, changed, closed, removed or otherwise unavailable without prior notice. Priory Farm Estate Limited reserves the rights to change programmes of attractions and facilities as necessary.
- Photos of Discovery Land may be taken by our professional photographer throughout the year for marketing purposes. Signs will be on display at the entrance on these select dates. If you and your family prefer not to be photographed, please inform the Discovery Land team at the Check-In desk upon arrival.
Admission - Tractor and Trailer Adventures
- Entry is only permissible when your Tractor and Trailer Ticket is either printed or the Booking Reference Number or QR code is shown upon entry.
- Your ticket states your tractor departure slot, you can arrive at Discovery Land up to 15 minutes prior to this time. Latecomers may be refused entry.
- Children under the age of 16 years old are not permitted entry without an adult. They must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Children under 1 year of age are free of charge but still need to be added when purchasing tickets.
- This experience does not include entry to Discovery Land. If you wish to visit Discovery Land on your visit, you can pre-book tickets online or purchase tickets on the door (subject to availability).
- No dogs or pets are permitted on our Tractor and Trailer Adventures.
- We request that pushchairs are left in the car, as they won’t be permitted on the trailer.
- All persons covered by the Tractor and Trailer Ticket must enter the attraction at the same time or have a copy of the online ticket when checking in.
- Priory Farm Estate Limited Management reserves the right to refuse admission for any reason.
- Tractor and Trailer Adventures tickets may not be resold.
- If the Tractor and Trailer Adventures Ticket/Booking Code is scanned and shows that it has already been redeemed then entry will be refused.

Online Tickets
- Online advance bookings always ensure our best price guarantee.
- Tickets purchased online may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, promotions or vouchers.
- Any discounts or offers online are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not always be available on bookings made in person.
- All email addresses used with this system will be added to our emailing system but never passed onto any other company or 3rd party.
Ticket Transfers / Cancellations
- Discovery Land tickets are strictly non-refundable.
- Tickets are transferable for all ticket purchasers who have created an Account when you book your tickets.
- This allows you to manage your booking and change the date and time of your visit, should you need to, up to 12 hours prior to your booked date.
- Making any changes to your booking will incur a small administration fee of £0.50 per person.
- Tickets will not be transferable for ticket purchases who do not create an Account upon booking.
- Tickets are only transferable to an alternative date within the specific event category and are subject to availability.
Photography
Photos of Discovery Land may be taken by our professional photographer throughout the year for marketing purposes. Signs will be on display at the entrance on these select dates. If you and your family prefer not to be photographed, please inform the Discovery Land team at the Check-In desk upon arrival.
Online Security
To ensure that your online shopping experience is secure, your credit/debit card details will be encrypted on a secure server through our designated payment provider to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the internet.
Adverse Weather Conditions
Discovery Land is committed to providing a remarkable experience to all visitors, regardless of weather conditions. We remain open to the public in the face of wet weather, however, in cases of severe adverse weather conditions that could compromise the safety and well-being of our guests and staff, we reserve the right to temporarily close the premises. This decision is made with the utmost consideration for everyone's safety. We encourage visitors to check weather forecasts and dress accordingly for their visit.
Limitation of Liability
Priory Farm Estate Limited total liability for in contract, tort, (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution, or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this agreement shall be limited to the price paid for the goods. The Limitation on any exclusion from liability contained in these conditions shall be subject to the provisions of second 2 (1) of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.
Priory Farm Estate Limited will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation internet and communication outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.
Severance
If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
Child Safeguarding Policy
Discovery Land is a family attraction, and we are committed to ensuring that, while on Priory Farm Estate Ltd premises, any visiting child is able to enjoy themselves in a secure and protected environment, safe from any form of harm or abuse.
We do not knowingly allow anyone to visit Discovery Land who is a convicted child sex offender, or subject to the notification requirements of the Sex Offenders Act 2001, or subject to a Sex Offender Order or a Child Abduction Order for the purposes of the Criminal Justice Act 2007 (as amended) and the Child Abduction and Enforcement of Custody Orders Act 1991 (as amended).
