I can no longer make it, can I move my booking to an alternative date?

Tickets are transferable to another date up to 12 hours before your scheduled visit, for all ticket purchasers who have created an Account upon booking your tickets. This allows you to manage your booking and change the date and time of your visit, should you need to, a minimum of 12 hours prior to your booked date. Tickets will not be transferable for ticket purchases who do not create an Account upon booking. Please note, tickets are only transferable to an alternative date within the specific event category and are subject to availability.. No refunds will be issued if you miss or are late to the event.
