Through the wonders of storytelling and song, you will be transported into a land of wonder, wishes and magic. 

The Father Christmas Experience is an immersive piece of theatre that brings the magic of Christmas to life. Through storytelling, song and special effects, embark on a musical journey and meet different Christmas characters who will take you on an unforgettable adventure for all the family.

Our Christmas stars have lost their sparkle and the magic of the season is at risk! Can you help Skyler and the snow leopards make the stars shine bright again? Father Christmas relies on the twinkling stars to guide him around the world on Christmas Eve to deliver all the presents.  With the help of Tinselbottom and Mary Christmas, you’ll embark on a magical adventure to save Christmas and make the stars shine bright once again! ✨

This year, the Father Christmas Experience has moved to a magical new home in Discovery Land, where festive wonder awaits at every turn! Tinselbottom and Mary Christmas can’t wait to welcome you to our brand-new theatre space. After the show, Father Christmas will be waiting to greet you just across our Festive Village Green. Treat yourself to a toasted marshmallow as you prepare for your special moment with the big man himself! So wrap up warm and get festive with us in the great outdoors!

Small Festive Folk:  Child ticket (0-12 years)
£28 per person + 50p booking fee (including a gift from Father Christmas)
Please note all children must be accompanied by a paying adult

Big Festive Folk: Adult ticket (12+)
£20 per person + 50p booking fee

Baby Festive Folk: Siblings under 6 months old, attending with an older sibling (Little Festive Folk)
Complimentary entry, excludes a gift from Father Christmas

Each booking must contain at least one Big Festive Folk (Adult) and one Small Festive Folk. For older children aged 12+ that wish to receive a gift from Father Christmas, you are welcome to book a Small Festive Folk ticket.

Ticket Terms

• A small Festive Folk (child) is someone aged between 0 months and 12 years. A Big Festive Folk (adult) is some aged 12 years or over. A Baby Festive Folk is someone aged between 0 to 6 months who is accompanied by a small Festive Folk (paying child).

• Each booking must contain at least one Big Festive Folk (adult) and one Small Festive Folk (child).

• Each paying child (small Festive Folk) will receive a gift from Father Christmas.

• For older children aged 12+ that wish to receive a gift from Father Christmas, you are welcome to book a Small Festive Folk ticket. 

• Siblings (Baby Festive Folk) under 6 months can visit for free with their older sibling but will not receive a gift from Father Christmas. 

• Tickets are only transferable to another session up to 12 hours before your scheduled visit, subject to availability. 

• Tickets are strictly non-refundable. No refunds will be issued if you miss or are late to the experience.
